💵 Pay: $18.00/hr
🕙 Schedule: DAY SHIFTS | 7:30 AM Start - 3:30 PM End | Off Wednesdays and Thursdays | 5 Shifts per Week | Weekends & Holidays Required
🍞 About the Job
• Crema Artisan Bakers is hiring Dishwashers to receive shipment, maintain product organization, wash equipment and maintain the facility clean.
• We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🧁 Responsibilities
● Arrive on time & communicate any delays.
● Receive shipment and put it away in a well and organized manner.
● Keep work areas clean and organized.
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen
equipment.
● Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety
guidelines.
● Organize and sort incoming dirty dishes for efficient washing and stacking.
● Handle delicate items with care to prevent breakage or damage.
● Follow established health and safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a hygienic work
environment.
● Cleaning equipment and machinery.
🧺 Requirements
• Available day shifts, weekends & holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Can stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift.
• Basic English reading & math skills.
• Dependable, efficient, and team-oriented.
• Fast-paced, hands-on work with frequent movement, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
⚙️ Preferred Skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish strongly preferred.
