Mozambique is hiring Bartenders to join our team. Ideal for experienced bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and take pride in both service and craft.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine efficiently and consistently
- Set up and maintain the bar (stocking, garnishes, glassware, kegs, mixers)
- Provide attentive, engaging service to guests seated at the bar
- Guide guests through food + beverage menus with confidence
- Monitor guest experience and alcohol consumption in accordance with ABC policies
- Enter orders accurately into POS system
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
We’re looking for:
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable people
- Strong communication + multitasking skills
- Ability to stay composed and efficient in a high-volume environment
- 2+ years bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and service standards
- A strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail
