Spartan Marketing Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our growing team in Orange County.
Our company specializes in setting qualified appointments for homeowners interested in energy-efficient home improvement products, including:
• Energy-Efficient Windows
• Roofing
• TEX-COTE Exterior Coating
• HVAC Systems
• Patio Covers
• And Other Home Improvement Solutions
We are looking for someone with previous appointment setting, telemarketing, call center, inside sales, or customer service experience. However, if you do not have direct experience, we are willing to speak with individuals who have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
• Contact homeowners by phone
• Introduce available energy-efficiency programs and services
• Ask qualifying questions
• Schedule appointments for our sales representative
• Maintain professional customer service
• Follow provided scripts and procedures
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Basic computer skills
• Appointment setting experience
bilingual is a plus but not required

• Volunteer opportunity requiring approximately one 2 hour day to see if we are right for you.

Pay Structure • Starts at minimum hourly pay$16.50 • Hourly pay increases based on proven experience and performance • Real money is made through commissions • Commission potential is uncapped and rewards consistency and skill This position is ideal for someone who understands that hourly pay is the foundation, but the big earnings come from production. If you know how to set solid appointments and can demonstrate your experience, your pay will reflect it.
