Volt is hiring for Customer Service Reps for a company located in Fullerton, CA. $19.00 hourly.
As a Customer Service Rep you will:
-Be computer literate,
-Possess good command of English language (spelling, grammar, punctuation),
-Have effective communication skills (oral and email),
-Possess professional personality, able to work with different people
-Be detail oriented,
-Be enthusiastic & willing to learn,
Be able to multi-task,
-Be dependable, reliable & trustworthy,
-Possess basic mathematical aptitude,
-Be able to work independently & effectively with minimal supervision
-This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8 hours per day
The ideal candidate will have:
-Previous experience in a Warehouse/Manufacturing environment.
-At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.
-Proficient with computers.
-Strong command of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Professional demeanor with the ability to work well with diverse individuals.
-Highly detail-oriented.
-Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
-Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.
-Basic math skills.
-Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
-Bilingual in Spanish.
Schedule: 6am-2:30pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
