Noble Staffing is looking to Hiring the following positions: Recruiter, IT Administrator Assistant & HR Assistant

1. Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Source and screen qualified candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities
Maintain applicant tracking records
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding efforts
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
2. Assistant IT Administrator
Responsibilities:
Assist IT Administrator with pulling software Data (training provided)
Assist with workstation step ups and tracking hardware, equipment etg.
Report on network issues to IT Administrator
Pull data, such as spreadsheets, logs from respective softwares.
Help maintain workstations.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and notify IT Administrator .
Assist with maintaining company website
Assist with inventory management
Assist with information systems management
Completing misc. IT department relevant task given by IT management and supervisors
Support with administrative work as assigned by managers.
Task List subject to change based on qualifications:
Assist with creating backup of data sources
Assist with loading new data into the system
Respond to inquiries about hardware or software issues
Perform scheduled maintenance on computer systems to ensure efficient operations
Research assigned technology topics and present findings to IT Administrator

3. HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
Support employee onboarding and personnel records
Assist with benefits administration and HR documentation
Maintain confidential employee information
Coordinate employee communications and scheduling
Provide general administrative support to HR operations
Qualifications:
Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
