Greetings!
We own a property in Fallbrook, in actual town area. We are looking for a part time (possible even just a few days a month) position for a caretaker for our property's maintenance and labor support. However the work time and hours in a month can increase if you have additional skills useful for a multi acre property.
Services to be performed:
Gardening help, watering of plants, large grass field maintenance, possible mowing of field, weed control and removal, any other overall property maintenance. Nothing major, just making sure the fields, trees, plants, and flowers look good.
We visit the property several times a week, however we want extra support for maintenance.
if you have a lifetime of experience in gardening, grass maintenance, pool maintenance and all other larger property skills, this can and will be a perfect supplement income and project.
If you have experience in carpentry, the services and hours a month will obviously be more.
