Position Summary
The Production Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities
Production Management & Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across multiple manufacturing cells, ensuring optimal workflow and resource utilization
- Monitor production schedules and adjust priorities to meet customer delivery requirements and maintain on-time delivery metrics
- Oversee a team of 15-30 production personnel, including machine operators, assemblers, and quality inspectors
- Conduct daily production meetings to communicate priorities, address concerns, and align team objectives
- Manage production capacity planning and coordinate with planning department to optimize manufacturing schedules
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, efficiency, scrap rates, and on-time deliver

This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage production teams, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as the critical link between management and production floor personnel, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management & Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across multiple manufacturing cells and work centers
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production technicians, machinists, and assembly personnel
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing levels and priorities to meet changing production demands
- Conduct daily production meetings to communicate priorities, address concerns, and drive accountability
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols on the production floor
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years minimum Supervisory / Management experience.
- Scheduling and supervision experience.
