The Opportunity
As an Assistant Account Executive (B2B), you will support the sales team in managing key retail partnerships while helping bring EnVogue's trend-driven home décor collections to market.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in wholesale sales, account management, merchandising, or retail operations. Working closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Supply Chain teams, you will play a critical role in supporting customer relationships, product launches, and day-to-day account execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee order processing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain line sheets, sales presentations, and showroom materials for buyer meetings and customer presentations.
• Monitor product category trends and assist with merchandising initiatives, sales reporting, and forecasting activities.
• Partner with Design, Production, and Supply Chain teams to track timelines, product development milestones, and order setup.
• Organize, photograph, prepare, and ship product samples for customer reviews and presentations.
• Provide administrative and operational support through order reconciliation, reporting, and account maintenance activities.
• Assist with showroom preparation, customer meetings, and other sales support initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in wholesale sales support, account coordination, merchandising, customer service, retail operations, or administrative support.
• Experience supporting retail accounts or working within consumer products, home décor, fashion, lifestyle, or related industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
