Production Technician (PCB Manufacturing)

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Technician to support multiple departments throughout our PCB manufacturing process. This is a hands-on role for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn various production operations as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist in various manufacturing departments, including drilling, fabrication, inspection, plating, testing, warehouse and other production areas
Follow work instructions and quality standards
Operate production equipment and tools as assigned
Inspect products and identify quality issues
Complete production records and documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support team members and production needs as required
Preferred Qualifications
-Ability to speak Spanish or English
Qualifications
-Manufacturing experience or well trained
