Job Summary
A confidential company in Orange County is seeking an experienced General Manager of Operations to oversee daily operations, fulfillment, sales support, customer service, and e‑commerce activities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven leadership ability, capable of delegating effectively and collaborating across multiple departments. This role is responsible for driving productivity, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to improve productivity and operational performance
- Strengthen organizational effectiveness by improving processes, supporting staff, and fostering a high‑performance culture
- Maintain company standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
- Supervise warehouse personnel, including supervisors, dispatchers, and forklift operators, while promoting a safety‑first environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all fulfillment operations, including warehouse management, transportation planning, inventory control, and shipping/receiving
- Oversee daily operations, set weekly and monthly goals, and ensure timely completion
- Recruit, train, and develop high‑performing employees to support sales, profitability, and market growth
- Maintain project timelines and ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning to support profitability
- Develop and maintain resource allocation plans and operational budgets
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Resolve internal conflicts professionally and constructively
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience
- Experience conducting performance evaluations and managing KPIs
- Familiarity with client data, analytics, and emerging AI tools
- Working knowledge of HR processes
- Demonstrated success in a managerial or director‑level role
- Strong decision‑making, communication, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage financial plans
- Ability to motivate, lead, and hold employees accountable
- Strong understanding of operational procedures
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Pay: $13,000.00 - $15,800.00 per month
