Job Description:
Compension: $22 -$24 per hour
The Cold Chain Clerk is responsible for receiving orders, inventory management, and distribution of customer temperure-sensitive finished goods. This position ensures temperure control and compliance standards are maintained while performing receipts, storage, and filling orders.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
- Valide and receive product from the supplier into inventory
- Stock product according to temperure requirement
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts
- Ensure storage locions and conditions are compliant
- Pick, pack, and ship product in accordance with IATA compliance standards with approprie insulion merials to maintain temperure integrity during transport
- Complete various customer requests, reporting any issues to management
- Provide professional and timely responses
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualificions:
- Willingness to obtain IATA Certificion
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in warehouse and cold storage environment
- Warehousing experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with focus on performance recognition
- Strong tention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic mh and computer skills
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relionships with employees and managers
- Required to wear steel toe shoes
