As the Regional Manager (East), End-User Team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Lead and develop a team of 3M End User Specialists across USAC, delivering $80M+ in sales across the Fire Barrier, Air Barrier and Moisture Barrier portfolios.
Working integrally with the USAC Channel team to grow the business above the market
Building high level relationships with our key partners
Directing, coaching/mentoring, and developing the team to maximize selling skills and strategic business acumen
Creating a plan aligned with the overall Building Protection BU strategy that will enable enhanced relationships with current partners and strategically foster relationships with new partners to expand in targeted segments and regions
Overseeing and driving Commercial Excellence
Identifying and executing opportunities for deeper collaboration with ISD cross-functional team members (i.e., Marketing Portfolio Team Members and Application Engineering) as well as partner 3M Divisions
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and three (3) years of Account and Channel Management in the Commercial Construction Industry in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
AND
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling.
Experience developing and managing key end user accounts.
Product demonstration experience and competence.
Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Travel: May include up to 40% domestic/international
