Green Harvest Enterprises is a locally owned and operated property management company based in Escondido. We manage apartment communities and commercial properties throughout North County, with the majority of our portfolio located in Escondido. We are seeking a Max Performance Director to help drive results across our apartment and commercial property operations. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We have a fun, casual, and supportive office environment where teamwork, humor, and positive attitudes are valued. This role is designed for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, improving operations, creating accountability, and motivating teams to perform at a high level.
You will work closely with our apartment managers, helping them achieve company goals while supporting commercial property operations. We are looking for someone who can be a coach, mentor, problem solver, and positive influence throughout the organization.
We are willing to train the right candidate and will provide paid property management education for individuals who want to grow their career with us.
What You'll Do:
•Support, coach, and motivate apartment managers across multiple properties
•Help managers improve collections, occupancy, resident retention, work order completion, and overall property performance
•Conduct regular property visits and inspections
•Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed consistently
•Review performance metrics and help managers improve results
•Assist with move-in and move-out reporting and operational follow-up
•Support commercial property operations, including tenant communication, property tours, maintenance coordination, and follow-through
•Assist with marketing, signage, and resident retention initiatives
•Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement solutions
•Help create a positive culture focused on accountability, growth, and results

•Basic technology and troubleshooting skills are a major plus. While not required, experience setting up computers, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi devices, and helping team members with everyday technology issues would be extremely valuable.
•Property management experience is a plus but not required
•Commercial property experience is a plus but not required
