We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Reviewer/Proofreader to support the refinement and adaptation of K–12 educational materials. In this role, you will focus on reviewing existing curriculum content and making precise edits to align language, tone, and terminology with defined standards. Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a proofreader / reviewing documents.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors quickly.
- Comfortable working with structured guidelines and applying consistent updates across documents.
- Ability to review content at a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy.
- Strong written communication and language adaptation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review K–12 curriculum materials and apply targeted edits based on provided guidelines.
- Adapt existing content by replacing or modifying language to ensure consistency and clarity. Identify and update specific terminology across documents quickly and accurately.
- Make small-scale edits, removals, and adjustments to improve readability and alignment.
- Ensure all materials meet quality standards for grammar, structure, and instructional intent.
- Work efficiently through high volumes of content while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Compensation:
$22/hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
