MCC is looking for a Maintenance Tech/Electrician. The main duties of the Technician are to ensure th all electrical schemics and instrumention are calibred and current, troubleshooting during unscheduled equipment downtime, repairs and complete preventive maintenance service.

- Compension: $28 - $35 (dependent on experience) + $1.50 Shift Differential
- Nights: Sunday - Thursday 9PM - 5:30AM

- Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floing Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment
- Performs duties including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines
- Supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S
- Responsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facility
- Participes in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Qualificions:
- One or more years of demonstred experience in the electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumic applicions
- The ability to read electrical schemics and vocional maintenance training certifice preferred
- Requires basic knowledge of computers and opering systems
- Must have ability to multi-task and to identify and execute process improvements as needed
- Requires strong problem solving skills to assess product output relive to specificions
- Requires physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms, push, pull and use hands and fingers to feel and handle merial for extended time frames
- Must have ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeedly and regularly.
- Includes the ability to stoop, squ, crawl and kneel as needed
- This position requires frequent walking.
