Synergy Physical Therapy is looking for an office manager to organize and coordinate duties and office procedures. Previous experience as a front office manager/office manager would be an advantage. This position could be full-time or part-time.
Job duties:
Insurance contracting- completing and credentialling of newly hired therapists and seeking new contracts with various insurance groups. Re-credentialling and attestations as needed
Stats- Generate and monitor stats i.e. track visits, new patients, no shows, revenue and interface between owner and staff.
Liason with the Billing Company
Optimize the efficiency of the practice
Maintain office supply inventory
Processing the required paperwork for all new hires. Manage the front office
Scanning and uploading insurance payments and balancing payments collected in office
Assist front office with patient check in and check out, phones, insurance verifications, collecting copays
Skills- Must be friendly and compassionate person with excellent customer service. Must have a good understanding of medical insurance and be able to explain benefits and collect copays. Must be organized, problem solver, proficient with Excell spreadsheet and other computer applications
