Job Purpose and Impact
The Process Operor II will opere, perform maintenance and troubleshoot a series of machines and equipment with interaction of several process variables to produce product with broad knowledge of policies and procedures and regular guidance. In this role, you will maximize throughput and produce quality product while following all food safety and regulory polices.

- Shift(s) Available: Night Shift 10 pm - 6:30 am
- Compension: $22.00/hr.
- Shift Differential: $0.60/hr
Key Accountabilities
- Opere mobile powered equipment (i.e. forklift, skid loader, sit down floor sweeper, front end loader).
- Learn opering procedures, receives input from peers and may provide feedback on clarity and effectiveness of guidance, including procedure documention to pursue continuous improvement of facility operion.
- Use hand and power tools to perform preventive and autonomous maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues, escaling complex machine issues.
- Monitor equipment, opere control, process samples, adjust machine processes using selectivity and judgement and utilize computer systems to input and record da.
- Set up and opere control systems for a series of machines requiring interaction of several variables.
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualificions
- Eligible to work in the United Stes without visa sponsorship
- Be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communice in English (verbal/written)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include he, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in eleved areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodion
- Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice
- Have experience opering forklifts and/or similar equipment
- 1 year experience working in a production or plant environment
