Rare Society is seeking a new Jr sous chef to join our leadership team in executing a full service steakhouse where we make everything from scratch and butcher all of our own steaks. This is a working the line covering shifts on stations and expediting when required. Small amount of admin duties as in closing down the restaurant nightly and doing line checks. Position will start as an hourly with tips and guaranteed 10 hours of over time and could work into more for the right candidate.
