The Quality Assurance, Clinical Professional 2 consults and collaborates with clinicians to ensure high accountability of compliance and quality. The Quality Assurance, Clinical Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
• Provides guidance to branch and branch leadership with strategy for ongoing
• performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives
• Provides instructor lead education, training, and coaching to field staff, case
• managers
• Provides support and assistance to branch leadership with performance
• improvement initiatives, monitoring for regulatory compliance, and support for
• ongoing development.
• Assists with new hire orientation and oversight with clinical staff documentation,
• compliance, OASIS, and regulation trainings as needed
• Completes chart auditing and data collection with instructor lead feedback and
• support to ensure regulatory compliance. (QA Manager)
• Monitors quality investigations and compliance processes.
• Other projects as assigned
• RN, PT, or OT Licensure Required
• COS-C Certification Recommended
Though this position is listed as remote, there will be on site duties that occasionally require attendance at the branch you would be assigned to work with.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$71,100 - $97,800 per year
