Fast-growing eCommerce/software operation seeking a highly organized, driven Operations Manager or Assistant
Manager to help oversee and optimize multiple online stores and internal systems.
We develop proprietary software and operate large-scale eCommerce stores with a strong focus on customer
experience, operational efficiency, and growth.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment,
stays calm under pressure, solves problems quickly, and knows how to build structure inside organized chaos.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of multiple eBay stores
Oversee customer service quality and team performance
Build and optimize workflows inside GoHighLevel
Manage onboarding, systems, automation, and task delegation
Help implement scalable systems and operational processes
Maintain high accountability and communication standards
Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience every time
Qualifications:
Experience managing eCommerce or SaaS operations
Strong knowledge of eBay seller operations
Experience with Go High Level workflows and automation
Leadership and team management experience
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Self-starter mentality with a "figure it out" attitude
Compensation:
$18–$30/hour to start based on experience, performance, and skill level.
