Looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to start as soon as possible! This position works under the general direction of the Sr. VP, Maintenance and Construction. Duties include the maintenance, repairs, and remodeling of buildings, offices, homes, retail stores, and other facilities. Assignments involve numerous trades and skills, including rough and finished carpentry, plumbing, cabinetry, laminate, electrical, painting, and carpet tile installation. Work is performed independently or as part of a team based on written or oral work orders. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM.
Must be physically capable of safely operating company vehicles, possess a valid California driver's license, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Must be able to work in the US and provide the proper documentation. Must have full availability. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
