Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook Korean fried chicken and other menu items
- Food prep, breading, frying, plating, and packaging orders
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen station
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Help with stocking, labeling, and basic inventory tasks
- Work efficiently during busy rush periods
Requirements:
- Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Fast, reliable, and able to work in a busy environment
- Team player with good attitude
- Must be able to stand for long periods and keep pace during rushes
- Food handling / food safety knowledge is a plus
