Small property services company looking for a reliable helper for remodeling, repair, and maintenance work in the Laguna Beach / South Orange County area.
Work may include:
Demolition, hauling, cleanup, painting, drywall repair, carpentry assistance, exterior repairs, deck/awning work, basic maintenance, material runs, jobsite prep, and general handyman/remodeling support.
I’m looking for someone who is dependable, shows up on time, takes direction well, and wants steady work. Experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter more. You do not need to know everything, but you do need to be willing to learn and work hard.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must be physically able to lift materials and work on active jobsites
Must be comfortable using basic tools
Must be respectful around clients and properties
Must communicate clearly and show up when scheduled
