We are seeking full-time door-to-door canvassing team members to generate leads for our sales team and our portfolio of renewable energy products and services including; energy efficient roofing, solar powered battery backup systems, solar panel systems, EV charging stations, solar/battery repair and maintenance services, etc. throughout San Diego County. Working with 180 Solar Power means you are part of a company with 5-Star Yelp and Google Review ratings, and an A+ rating with the BBB. You will be rewarded handsomely with an HOURLY WAGE + GENEROUS BONUS STRUCTURE and room to grow. JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Walk door-to-door in designated neighborhoods communicating with local homeowners
• Conduct needs assessment to determine which of our product(s) and service(s) are applicable to the homeowner’s situation
• Set appointments for free, no obligation proposals and quotes from a member of our sales team
• Create a great first impression of our company and the value proposition you represent (great company, products, service)
• Collaborate on development of collateral sales material
REQUIREMENTS:
• PREVIOUS CANVASSING OR SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED (2 YEARS MINIMUM)!!!
• SMART PHONE IS REQUIRED!!!
