Duties include: Submission, follow-up and the acquisition of permits from local cities and county offices. Assisting office manager and team with property owners/projects from inception to completion. Must be able to communicate well, be organized, detail oriented, creative as well as be a team player and a relationship builder. Key-Cad knowledge a plus.
