Turf Dogs LLC is looking for a motivated, self-sufficient individual to join our team as a Turf Cleaning Technician / Sales Representative. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, interacting with customers, and taking pride in producing high-quality work.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, sales-minded, and comfortable both generating business and performing the actual turf cleaning services.
Responsibilities
Perform artificial turf cleaning and deodorizing services
Manage and organize your own daily schedule and appointments
Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service
Generate new business opportunities and help grow recurring clientele
Work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain equipment and keep work vehicle clean and organized
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
Self-motivated and reliable
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently
Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Physically capable of performing outdoor labor
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Previous turf, landscaping, pressure washing, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required
