Full-Time | Direct Hire | Bilingual English/Spanish Required
ReadyWork Inc. is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our valued clients. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in packing house operations who can drive production, maintain quality and safety standards, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily lemon processing, storage, and shipping operations
- Ensure product quality and timely order fulfillment
- Lead and supervise plant employees
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
- Monitor production efficiency, safety, and compliance
- Prepare operational reports and support process improvements
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Management experience in packing house, food production, or manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with production systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid California Driver’s License required

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
