The Director, Product Management owns FuzeRx’s Care, Clinical Workflows, and Unified Workflows product lines. This leadership role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy across multiple critical roadmap domains, driving business-line performance, and leading a team of Product Managers. The Director partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to align organizational priorities, deliver measurable business outcomes, and advance operational excellence through scalable, AI-native product solutions.
This role is critical to optimizing the workflows that power FuzeRx’s patient experience, clinical services, and operational efficiency. Success in this position directly contributes to improved patient care, enhanced clinical performance, faster turnaround times, lower cost-to-serve, and scalable operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Leadership: Own product strategy across Care, Clinical Workflows, and Unified Workflows product lines; translate ambiguous business opportunities into clear product direction across multiple roadmap domains and cross-functional pods.
- AI-Native Product Innovation: Drive operational efficiency through technology by extending existing systems and launching AI-native capabilities, including agentic, generative, and predictive solutions; champion AI competency and adoption as a core expectation across the product organization.
- Business Impact & Operational Excellence: Deliver measurable outcomes across patient care, clinical performance, operational efficiency, and business objectives; continuously evaluate product impact through instrumentation, analytics, and iterative improvement cycles.

- Prioritization & Cross-Functional Alignment: Ruthlessly prioritize competing requests across Clinical, Care, Operations, and Commercial stakeholders; communicate and defend product trade-offs using data, strategic judgment, and business impact analysis.
- Process Optimization & Governance: Establish and maintain operational rigor across intake processes, prioritization frameworks, roadmap lifecycle management, OKRs/KPIs, and audit mechanisms to improve execution consistency and visibility.
- Continuous Improvement & Agile Execution: Operate with a rapid iteration mindset by shipping product improvements in weeks rather than quarters; measure outcomes, gather feedback, and adjust strategy and execution accordingly.
- Executive Communication & Influence: Influence senior leaders and executives across the organization; independently resolve cross-functional conflicts and develop investment narratives that align teams around shared strategic outcomes.
- Technical Partnership & Platform Scalability: Partner closely with Engineering leadership on platform architecture, integrations, scalability, performance, reliability, and long-term technical strategy across the product domain.
