As a Senior Strategist, TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD), you will lead fullfunnel TV, video, audio, and display strategy and daytoday performance to unlock growthnew customers, revenue, and LTVwhile keeping efficiency on track. Youll translate complex signals (audience/data, inventory quality, frequency/overlap, attention/viewability, verification/IVT) into clear decisions, run smart innovations, and scale what works. Youll rely heavily on Bliss Point (Forecasting, AlwaysOn Incrementality, Brand/Creative/Customer Insights) to focus investment, and youll connect TVAD to Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative in your Pod to drive integrated business impact. Youll also mentor P3/P4 teammates, handle novel/complex issues with autonomy, and present executiveready narratives that build trust and drive decisions.

Professional & Technical Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years managing TV/video/audio/display at scale (CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display) with endtoend ownership; or 5 6 years in analytical roles (finance/consulting) with strong media analytics exposure.
Technical: Handson with DSPs/ad platforms and adserver workflows (trafficking, tags/pixels, creative rotations), verification/IVT/viewability, audience/data usage, and frequency/overlap management. YouTube experience a plus.
Measurement: Incrementality/lift and powered A/Bs or timeseries. Forecasting. Ability to connect media to revenue, CAC, LTV, incremental reach/attention. SQL familiarity a plus.
Client communication: Executiveready storytelling and expectation setting; effective partner to Econometrics, Media Investment, Creative, Client Leadership, and other channel leads. Confident leading client meetings.
Education/certifications: BA/BS required; MBA a plus; platform or verification certifications a plus.
KPIs
Growth: Increase qualified reach/newhousehold acquisition; grow revenue and LTV contribution from TVAD; incremental reach vs. other media.
Quality: Improve attention/viewability and brand safety; better frequency/overlap control; fewer IVT/quality flags.

The hiring salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
