The Benefits Partner – Americas will play a key role in the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of employee benefits programs in the Americas. This role ensures regional compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with the organization’s global Total Rewards strategy. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with regional benefits knowledge and vendor management skills.
Benefits and Leaves Administration
Manage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave/time off, and wellness programs for Brazil, Canada, and the United States
Ensure accurate enrollment, eligibility, and life event processing
Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Support annual open enrollment planning, execution, and communications
Maintain documentation of processes, controls, and plan details
Utilize AI and other tools to build efficiencies into the administration of benefits
HCM Systems & Data Management
Serve as the functional expert for benefits within the HCM system (Workday)
Maintain benefits modules, including plan setup, eligibility rules, and rates
Audit and validate benefits data to ensure accuracy across systems and vendors
Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations related to benefits
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and finance in partnership with our HCM team
Employee Support & Communication
Act as a subject matter expert for employee benefits inquiries
Develop clear communications and educational materials
Partner with the People & Culture team and cross functional partners to enhance the employee experience
Support employees with all leave and time off requests for the Americas
Requirements
3+ years of experience administering benefits programs and leave of absences in a multinational organization
Experience working with HRIS and leave management systems, Workday strongly preferred
Knowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits; experience with Brazil and Canada benefits preferred
In-depth knowledge of statutory and/or US state leave regulations
Willingness to support benefits globally, if needed
Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The base salary range for this role in the United States is $80,000 - $101,500. This role is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
