Hanson Professional Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager 6 Power Transmission & Distribution to lead complex power delivery projects for utility, municipal, and energy-sector clients. This senior-level role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer with a strong background in engineering consulting and/or power transmission and distribution companies, and a proven ability to manage projects from concept through construction.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client coordination, while working collaboratively with engineering, project controls, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client and contract requirements.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Lead project meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, scope development, and client interviews.
Technical Oversight & Coordination
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including transmission, substation, distribution, civil, structural, environmental, and permitting.
