The Natural Nanny Collective is assisting a warm and busy family in Rancho Santa Fe in their search for a full-time Housekeeper / Mother’s Helper to support their home long-term.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping families and takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly. The family has a sweet, playful, and active 2.5-year-old, and they are hoping to find someone proactive, positive, adaptable, and naturally helpful.
Mom is very hands-on, so this is not a heavily childcare-focused position. The role is much more centered around household support, organization, tidying, meal prep, and helping the family stay on top of day-to-day tasks while also engaging with their toddler throughout the day as needed (0-3 hours per day).
The family would love someone who brings calm energy into the home, enjoys staying busy, and naturally notices what needs to be done without needing a lot of direction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with light childcare support throughout the day
- Engaging the toddler in play, walks, outings, and activities
- Light housekeeping including dishes, laundry, tidying, making beds, and resetting spaces
- Meal prep and kitchen support
- Home organization and household assistance
- Running occasional errands
- Helping the home stay organized and flowing smoothly day-to-day
- Light Housekeeping
Travel will occasionally be part of the role, including potential extended trips with the family throughout the year, so a valid passport is required.
Qualifications:
- Some prior experience working with children or in private homes preferred
- Warm, proactive, and dependable personality
- Comfortable around dogs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
