Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital applications strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals

- Partner with executive leadership to align IT capabilities with organizational strategy
- Oversee application architecture, integration, and performance across the enterprise
- Ensure delivery excellence across software development, implementation, and maintenance

- Manage vendor relationships, third-party solutions, and technology investments
- Establish governance, security, and compliance standards across application environments
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership roles
- Proven experience leading enterprise application teams and digital initiatives
- Strong understanding of modern application architecture (cloud, APIs, microservices)
- Experience driving digital transformation and system modernization efforts
- Ability to align IT strategy with business outcomes and organizational growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
