We are currently seeking all levels of professionals from Business Analysts, Associates, Engagement Managers and Directors for our six (6) Management Consulting practices. Each candidate shall mee the following qualifications:
- You must be currently working at Top 3 Management Consulting firms (such as McKinsey, Bain and BCG) as a Business Analyst (with 2 years of experience), Associate, Engagement Manager or Director in one or more of the six (6) of our Consulting practices;
- Or if you have been "in between jobs" and have taken a time off from Management Consulting services for less than one (1) year, then you will also be eligible to apply;
- Senior Level Candidates (such as Engagement Managers and Directors) must possess consistent track records of performing successful project experiences (with solid results) in one or two industries with an "in-depth" Industry Expertise/Focus in our 15 global industries as described on our website;
- Graduated from one of the Top Ten (10) Undergraduate Programs, plus Top Ten (10) MBA, Law, Medical & Engineering Graduate Programs in US (According to US News Ranking);
- Enjoys helping client companies on a daily basis to better compete and further grow with their overall Strategic Directions, along with various Financial, Operational and Business initiatives and implementations efforts; and
- A proven level of Hard Work, Highest Professionalism, Honesty & Transparency, Teamwork, Strong Communication Skills, Great People Skills & Genuine Interests to Help Others to Do Better will be required;
- Must reside in one of the six (6) metropolitan cities to be able to commute as necessary (in less than 30 minutes of commute distance);
