Poke & Tea Restaurant
We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and motivated Full-Time Supervisor / Shift Lead to join our growing team!
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Around 5+ years of restaurant/customer service experience preferred
✔ Experience making boba tea / tea beverages preferred
✔ Experience managing or supervising cashiers/team members
✔ Experience with inventory and stock management preferred
✔ Strong customer service and leadership skills
✔ Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service for Poke and Tea Station
• Prepare drinks and brew tea
• Train, support, and manage cashiers/team members
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
• Support daily operations and ensure a great guest experience
Compensation:
$19/hour + Tips
(Tips average approximately an additional $5–6/hour)
Estimated total earnings: $24–25/hour
