Bottling Line Support Operator – Weekend Shifts (Part-Time)
1st Shift Pay: $19.50
2nd Shift Pay: $19.50 + $0.50/hour differential
Assignment Duration: Temporary through approximately December 2026
Schedule Options:
Shift #1: Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Shift #2: Saturday & Sunday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the pill counter remains consistently filled with softgels, while also managing the bottling unscrambler and the bottle capping machine.
Essential Functions:
Retrieve pallets of softgel bulk containers and replenish the pill counter hopper by opening individual bags weighing up to 10 kg each
Retrieve pallets of bottles and restock the bottle unscrambler machine by opening boxes (16 boxes per pallet) using a safety box cutter
Retrieve and replenish bottle caps for the cap machine from bags averaging 5 kg each
Track and record softgel pallet counts to ensure accurate bulk bottling per batch order
Clean and maintain the pill counter machine after each bulk changeover
Promptly report any material, process, or equipment concerns to the department Lead
Follow all departmental SOPs, company cGMPs, and written or verbal instructions
Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Lead or Supervisor
Qualifications:
1–3 years of related manufacturing experience
Operational knowledge of production line equipment
Strong understanding of SOPs and GMP compliance
Ability to safely operate a pallet floor jack
Ability to read, write, and understand documentation in English
Basic math skills (multiplication, division, conversions, weights, and measures)
Physical Demands
This is a highly active role requiring constant standing, walking, and use of hands for handling and reaching throughout the entire shift. The position involves frequent lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 lbs constantly, with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs or more. Pushing and pulling of loads up to 100 lbs is required constantly. Occasional climbing, squatting, kneeling, bending, and reaching above shoulder height may also be required.
