-Help manage daily kitchen operations and workflow
-Maintain food quality and kitchen standards
-Ensure cleanliness, safety, and teamwork in the kitchen, assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
-Lead and support line cooks during service
Requirement:
-reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
-Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Previous line cook experience and leadership experience
-Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
