Provide legal advice to small businesses and real estate owners; draft complaints, briefs and motions; assist with real estate transactional work including preparing purchase agreements and formation of entities; negotiation and review of loan documents; participate in real estate closings; represent landlords and developers; court appearances and assisting with litigation.
We are seeking to fill 2 vacant spots within the next few weeks. Preferably, you will have 1-3 years experience in a legal atmosphere with a minimum of a JD and with a Supreme Court of Ohio issued license. A current member of OSBA as well.
There will be travel to and from various courts so reliable transportation is a must.
Salary varies depending on experience.
