We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team at Compucraft Industries. In this role, you will operate various CNC Milling or lathes. Your experience in manufacturing, particularly aerospace manufacturing, is crucial to your success.
Note: There is a $2.00 per hour shift differential for working on second shift.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate HAAS, Okuma, and Mazak machines.
Must be able to perform own setups.
Check parts throughout the manufacturing cycle to ensure conformity to requirements.
Coordinate with Production Control to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices within the manufacturing areas.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of CNC machining.
Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge is a must.
