About This Position
This is not a basic receptionist or casual office position.
We are looking for someone highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a fast-moving design-build construction company.
The right candidate does not need to know everything on day one. We are willing to train the right individual. What matters most is mindset, work ethic, professionalism, communication, organization, and the ability to learn quickly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Project & Document Coordination
Organizing permits, plans, contracts, revisions, and project files
Managing documentation inside Buildertrend, Dropbox, and internal systems
Keeping projects organized and properly documented
Assisting with administrative coordination across active projects
Communication & Administrative Support
Drafting professional client emails and internal communication
Coordinating with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants
Following up on missing information and documentation
Maintaining organized communication records
Compliance & Operational Support
Tracking subcontractor licenses, insurance, W-9s, and required documents
Helping maintain organized company records and internal systems
Supporting operational procedures and administrative processes
Financial & Office Coordination
Assisting with organization of financial and project-related documentation
Supporting office operations and internal coordination
Helping ensure tasks, documentation, and records remain organized and on track
