- Minimum 5+ years of foreman position
- Blueprint reading and interpretation
- Project management software proficiency (Procore & Bluebeam)
- Thorough understanding of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
