Action Air Systems, LLC, in partnership with NexCore, is seeking a visionary and results-driven President to lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational performance across our business.
This executive leadership role will oversee all aspects of operations, financial performance, business development, and team leadership while driving alignment with NexCore’s enterprise strategy and long-term growth initiatives.
What You’ll Lead:
✔ Strategic planning & enterprise alignment
✔ Operational oversight across construction, service & project management
✔ Full P&L ownership and financial performance
✔ Business development & market expansion
✔ Executive team leadership & organizational development
✔ Safety, compliance & operational excellence initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of executive leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or related industries
Proven success driving profitability and operational growth
Strong strategic, financial, and organizational leadership skills
Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
Bachelor’s degree required | MBA preferred
