Hiring Now | Project Manager – Pharma / Medical Device
Location: Connecticut
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support cross-functional projects within a regulated Pharma / Medical Device environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing timelines, budgets, product development activities, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through execution and completion
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Operations teams
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
- Track project deliverables and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule
- Support product development, remediation, validation, and process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify risks, resolve project roadblocks, and drive successful project execution
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and industry regulations throughout project lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within Pharma or Medical Device industry
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- PMP certification preferred
