ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Dining Room Server Belmont Village Senior Living, you will play an active role in ensuring a welcoming mosphere and an exceptional dining experience throughout each meal and special event.

Working collaborively with a team, you will provide hands-on table service and assist with special event service in our Assisted Living community.
YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide tentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
Take accure orders, offer menu recommendions, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Ensure orders are served the correct temperure, with proper presention and accuracy
Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flware, condiments and beverages are always ready
Assist with meal service special events and celebrions held within the Belmont Village community
Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be least 16 years of age
Must be able to communice clearly in verbal and written English
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collabore effectively with team members
Demonstres a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position
Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred
Consistent and reliable tendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operion of the community
