Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday thru Friday with a 30 minute lunch
$19 / hr
Must have the following experience:
Answering phones
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Computer Skills
One year of Office experience
Duties:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering organization
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Organize office supply and maintain inventory for Supplies/snacks/brochures
- Schedule appointments
- Shipstation/Receive and sort mail and deliveries (UPS) - Distribute mail to departments
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Print out invoices
- Data entry
-Print Shipping Planner/invoices
-Batching for orders/printing labels for orders
-Uploading POD's
-Mailing out Brochures
-Checking Fax
-Order supplies
