**Assistant Needed – Construction / Property Management**
**$20–$30/hr Depending on Experience**
MA Properties is looking for a reliable assistant/helper to work alongside our foreman and support high-end residential construction and property management projects in the Del Mar / North County San Diego area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some experience in construction, handyman work, moving materials, tools, jobsite organization, or general labor, and wants to continue learning and growing in the industry.
**Requirements:**
* Legal to work in the USA.
* Clean driving record
* Clean background / professional attitude
* Clean-cut appearance and respectful communication
* Previous construction or trade experience preferred
* Must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
* Able to lift materials and work on active jobsites
**Job Duties May Include:**
* Assisting with remodeling and construction projects
* Loading/unloading materials and tools
* Jobsite cleanup and organization
* Helping foreman with installations and repairs
* Driving between properties and supply stores
* Supporting property maintenance tasks
