Compensation:

Invite qualified guests to our travel agency for an open house sales presentation (you are not responsible for the actual sales presentation); invite them to come in!
We give away a 4-day or 7-day cruise, a 3-day getaway to Hawaii, Cancun, Napa, or Catalina... just for hearing about our travel Club! (You get paid whether they purchase or not! You invite them in, we do the rest!)
We work at community events, fairs, festivals, bridal shows, and sporting or music events.
Both indoor and outdoor venues.
We have a great time making Big money and PT hours.
Requirements
-Make sure the guests meet the eligibility requirements for a preview of our Tour Center
-Must be able to work EVERY weekend and some holidays and nights as needed. Hours will vary, and shifts are only 8 hours long. Some events may extend beyond these times.
-Answer all guest questions about the property and facilities honestly.
-Comply with company quality and insurance standards.
-Maintain professional dress code, language, and appearance at all times.
-Professional conduct with fellow employees.
-Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Background check required.
Responsibilities:
-Maximize personal tour production on a constant and ongoing basis.
-Be goal-oriented.
-Provide assistance with field coverage to assist with approvals, guest issues, and all related situations.
-Motivate, inspire, and have the desire to help others.

Qualifications:
-Previous industry CMA / OPC experience preferred.
-Outstanding communication skills
-Able to work a 20-hour flexible work week to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as the needs of the business dictate.
-Basic computer skills
Current Auto insurance and DL- mandatory. You cannot Uber to an event, take the bus, or be dropped off. You must own a motorcycle, a car, or lease one. You cannot share a car with someone and do this job at the same time.
