Your Role as Operations Manager
You’ll lead and coordinate all
administrative and operational functions of our agency—ensuring top-tier patient care and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including the Clinical Manager and departmental leaders.
- Align daily operations with strategic business objectives.
- Lead operational projects and implement change initiatives.
- Oversee compliance efforts and uphold Health Link’s core values.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and facilitate professional growth.
- Manage assets including equipment and system access.
- Maintain contracts, licenses, and credentialing documentation.
- Guide survey readiness and staff development programs.
- Contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.
- Monitor industry trends and share key insights.
