Straight Shooters Heating & Air is hiring a CSR/Dispatcher to join our growing team!

The CSR/Dispatcher position plays a vital role in the success of our day-to-day operations by serving as the main point of contact for customers while coordinating the schedules for our installers and technicians. This position is responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, assisting customers with professionalism and urgency, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians efficiently to ensure timely service. The CSR/Dispatcher helps maintain strong communication between customers, technicians, and office staff to provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules throughout the day as needed
Maintain communication with technicians and customers regarding arrival times and job updates
Enter and update customer information accurately in ServiceTitan
Utilize Google Drive, Gmail, and company systems to organize files and communication
Assist with invoicing, customer follow-ups, and general office support
Prioritize emergency calls and coordinate scheduling efficiently
Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
Qualifications
Previous customer service and/or dispatch experience preferred
Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
Familiarity with Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Workspace
HVAC industry experience is a plus
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Basic computer and phone skills required
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
