A growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a highly visible operation supporting engineered industrial products in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

Compensation target: Up to $190K base + bonus
What You’ll Own
- Plant operations across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
- Continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
- Workforce optimization and operational flow improvements
- Backlog reduction and throughput improvement
- Leadership of production, engineering, quality, safety, and warehouse teams
- Cross-functional partnership with supply chain, customer service, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Plant leadership experience within industrial manufacturing
- High-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement background
- Experience improving operational efficiency and productivity
- Strong floor presence and hands-on leadership style
- Ability to lead culture change within an established operation
- Engineering background preferred
